To maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all, please adhere to the following waste disposal guidelines:

• All waste must be securely tied in plastic bags before being placed in the garbage chute.
• Do not dispose of boxes via the chute to prevent blockages. Small boxes should be placed on the garbage room floor for collection.
• The dumping of the following items in the community bins, skips, or common areas is prohibited:
  • Bulk items such as furniture
  • Landfill items such as sand, rocks, or gravel
  • Construction debris
  • Hazardous materials like oil and flammable liquids

Owners / residents must make separate arrangements, at their own cost, for the disposal of large boxes and/or heavy items, including but not limited to unwanted furniture, electronic devices, and large-sized batteries and should not be left in common areas or garbage rooms.

Please be mindful of the hygiene, health, and comfort of all residents and ensure that all household waste is placed in the appropriate receptacles before disposing of it via the garbage chute.

Dear Residents,

We are carrying out enhancements works to the Hotel to create a new restaurant. Please be informed that building works will be carried out from 9 September 2024 to 1 February 2024 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Due to the nature of the works, there may be noise transmission, particularly between 9 September 2024 to 29 September 2024. While we will make every effort to minimize the disturbance, we kindly ask for your understanding during this period.
